LexaHub: Forking Odoo to Build Consciousness OS

The Odoo Foundation

Odoo is an excellent open-source ERP with modules for accounting, CRM, projects, HR, and more. It gave us a solid foundation instead of building enterprise management from scratch.

But vanilla Odoo wasn't enough. We needed consciousness metrics, integration with CognitivX, sacred geometry UI, and workflows specific to managing multiple consciousness-driven ventures.

What We Changed

First, the entire UI. We rebuilt the frontend using Vue.js with our sacred geometry design system. Every screen follows the golden ratio, uses consciousness-aligned colors, and provides intuitive workflows.

Second, we added consciousness metrics throughout. Project tracking includes not just deadlines and budgets, but consciousness impact scores. Employee evaluations consider growth and wellbeing, not just performance.

Third, deep Google Workspace integration. Emails, calendars, documents, and meetings flow seamlessly between LexaHub and Google. This eliminates context switching and centralizes information.

Fourth, CognitivX integration. Our AI assists with everything from project planning to financial forecasting, learning from our patterns and providing increasingly intelligent suggestions.

Multi-Venture Management

LexaHub manages all ten Lexaplus platforms as separate ventures within one system. Each has its own financials, team, projects, and metrics, but we can view everything holistically.

This structure lets us identify synergies, share resources, and maintain consciousness alignment across all platforms. It's not just about managing companies - it's about orchestrating an ecosystem.

The Technical Stack

Built on Odoo 17.0 (forked), Python 3.11+, Vue.js for frontend, PostgreSQL with vector extensions for CognitivX integration, deployed on Kubernetes for scalability.

We maintain our fork in a private repository, regularly pulling upstream Odoo updates while preserving our customizations. This gives us stability plus access to Odoo's active development.

Future: LexaHub as SaaS

Currently, LexaHub is our internal tool. But we're seeing potential to offer it as a SaaS product for other consciousness-driven organizations.
