From Mashhad to Global: The Lexaplus Founding Story

The Beginning

Three partners came together with complementary skills and shared vision: Hamid Reza Saadati bringing engineering and consciousness philosophy, Nahid providing business acumen and operations, and Kianoush contributing technical architecture and execution excellence.

We were frustrated with the direction of modern technology. Apps designed to be addictive. Platforms optimizing for engagement over wellbeing. AI systems with no ethical framework. We believed technology could be different.

From day one, we established core principles: consciousness first, sustainable growth over explosive growth, quality over quantity, and technology that elevates rather than extracts.

These weren't just words on paper. We designed our entire company structure, decision-making framework, and product development process around these principles.

We documented everything in our governance system, ensuring that as we scale, we maintain alignment with our founding vision.

The First Platform: Nahid

We started with Nahid, the audiobook platform, because it was achievable and aligned perfectly with our mission. Curating consciousness-elevating content for an underserved Persian market.

Nahid taught us how to build products people love, how to grow sustainably, and how to generate revenue while staying true to our values. It proved the model works.

Rapid Expansion

With Nahid succeeding, we accelerated. Pedex, Barcode, DocOS, EngineX - each platform addressing a real need with consciousness-driven solutions.

People ask how we built so much so fast. The answer: focused execution, modern tools, AI assistance, and a team aligned on vision. When everyone understands the mission, you move at incredible speed.

We've now built ten platforms, serving 15,000+ users, generating $1M+ ARR, with a team still under 20 people. Consciousness-driven development is efficient.

Global Expansion

Starting in Mashhad, we've expanded to Oman for MENA market access and England for European operations. Each location strategically chosen for market reach, regulatory environment, and talent availability.

But we remain headquartered in Mashhad. Our roots matter. Iran has incredible engineering talent and a deep philosophical tradition. We're building globally from a local foundation.

The Future

We're now raising capital to scale all platforms simultaneously. The infrastructure is built, products are proven, users are engaged. Now we pour fuel on the fire.

Our five-year vision: 1M+ users across all platforms, $50M+ ARR, and most importantly, measurable positive impact on human consciousness at scale.

Ten years from now, we want Lexaplus to be known as the company that proved technology can serve humanity's highest potential, not just its base desires.
